The inception of LWP Site Solutions was driven by a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Our founder, Gill Pelling, brings over 30 years of experience in the waste industry, having worked in various roles from receptionist to managing operational depots and customer service departments. Her extensive background has equipped her with the expertise to understand the intricacies of site operations and the importance of reliable service delivery.
In January 2023, LWP Waste Solutions evolved into LWP Site Solutions, expanding our services to encompass a broader range of site solutions. This growth was fuelled by our dedication to supporting customers in challenging situations, providing them with the resources and solutions they need to keep their projects on track.

Amy Beamish – Operations Director
Joining LWP in November 2022, Amy brings a wealth of experience from the clinical waste industry. Her background in continuous improvement and bid management has enhanced our operational efficiency and customer service standards.
Amy shares Gill's enthusiasm for problem-solving and customer satisfaction, making her a valuable asset to the team.
Michaela McEwan - Office Manager
Michaela joined the team in April 2026, supporting the day-to-day running of the office and helping to keep customer communication and administration on track.
Originally from Sunderland, she moved to West Yorkshire around six years ago. She has quickly settled into the team and enjoys the variety the role brings.
